Balthazar was born with the means of creating something unique. “The perfect spot”, where all types of meals, meetings and moments take place, opened in 2018. Here we fill the walls to the brim with internationally influenced food, full-bodied wines, and ice-cold beer. That same year, we opened the boules bar upstairs where you will not only find boules and a bar, but also shuffleboards, chess and other games – all for a great after work or some quality time with the family. In addition to the café and bakery, we also offer take away from our deli with cold cuts, French cheeses, freshly baked bread, and homemade marmalade. With elements from France and Sweden, we play with language, food, and interior design in a way that Borås has never seen before.
